To rent a vehicle, the driver must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months. Additional requirements may apply depending on vehicle class.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Your booking will be confirmed upon successful payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Vehicle Usage

The vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes and by the person(s) listed in the rental agreement. Smoking, off-road driving, and unauthorized towing are strictly prohibited.

5. Damages & Liabilities

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period. Optional insurance packages are available to reduce liability.

6. Late Returns

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. All personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely to fulfill your rental request and improve our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them prior to each rental.
